Alides Polska and AYA Properties Fund announce joint acquisition of the Metron office building in a prime location in Warsaw

Warsaw, Poland – 2024.05.24– Alides Polska, a subsidiary of Belgian developer Alides, and Aya Properties Fund,are pleased to announce the joint acquisition of the Metron office building located at Aleja Niepodległości 69 in Warsaw’s prestigious Mokotów district from a Polish SPV held by Patrizia.

The property enjoys a strategic location along Niepodległości Avenue, a vital north-south traffic artery in Warsaw. This well-connected address offers tenants convenient access to the Warsaw city center, with a direct metro connection (Wierzbno station, Metro M1 Line) providing an 8-minute commute. Additionally, the building benefits from its proximity to established amenities within the thriving Mokotów district.

The 9-story building offers a total gross leasable area of approximately 9,700 square meters. The property holds a BREEAM Very Good certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and efficient operations.
