Ghent, 12 May 2023 – Alides has been recognised as Best Managed Company 2023. Each year, the Best Managed Companies programme tests participants against a globally tested framework. It acknowledges private companies that translate a clear strategy, strong competences, and commitment to the business into solid financial results. The independent jury recognised Alides for its outstanding business presentations and may carry the quality label for the next year.
This year, the Best Managed Companies programme is celebrating its sixth edition in Belgium, and Deloitte Private, Econopolis and KU Leuven will search for strong performing private companies in the Belgian entrepreneurial landscape. Throughout the process, the companies are guided by a Best Managed Companies coach from Deloitte Private who challenged Alides to reflect on its strategy, operational and financial processes.
With the unique profile of international real estate investor and developer, Alides guarantees a total approach with attention to innovation, quality and sustainability. The absolute focus is on residential real estate and offices in cities and central locations in Belgium, Poland and Luxembourg.
“We are proud of our label, the confirmation of a sustainable business operation to the highest standards. It highlights our constant resilience and our clear vision.”
Rikkert Leeman, CEO Alides
