Alides Polska’s Fourth Investment in Warsaw

Warsaw, Poland – 2024.11.14 – Alides Polska, a subsidiary of a renowned Belgian international real estate development and investment company specializing in office and residential properties, today announced the acquisition of a 3,338 square meter plot of land located at Studzienna 7A in Warsaw’s thriving Wola district. The property was purchased from Metalchem-Warszawa S.A.

A Prime Location in a Vibrant District

This latest acquisition marks Alides Polska’s fourth investment in Warsaw, further solidifying the company’s commitment to developing excellently located projects in the Polish capital. The newly acquired plot is adjacent to a property already owned by the company at Jana Kazimierza 68a, creating synergy and offering exciting opportunities for future development.

Wola, a dynamic and rapidly evolving district, is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse amenities. The location of the acquired property will offer future owners excellent connectivity to the city centre and other districts of Warsaw, along with convenient access to a wide range of metropolitan services, both commercial and cultural.
