Warsaw, Poland – 2024.05.08 – Alides Polska, a subsidiary of a renowned Belgian international real estate development and investment company specializing in office and residential properties, announces the acquisition of another plot located in Warsaw’s Wola district, at 68a Jana Kazimierza Street.
A great location with excellent city connectivity
The acquired plot with a total area of 4,109 square meters is located in Warsaw’s Odolany district. In response to the growing demand for high-quality development, this area has experienced a dynamic increase in multi-family housing investments over the past two decades. The land with residential development potential is one of the last of its kind available in the area.
Residents have access to a variety of public transportation options. The nearest tram and bus stop is within a 5-minute walk, providing quick connections to the city center and other districts of Warsaw. Residents can reach the Warsaw business center, located around Rondo Daszyńskiego, by tram in just 12 minutes. Additionally, the nearest metro line M2 station “Płocka” is within a 10-minute reach, using both bus and tram lines.
“We are extremely excited about another acquisition in such a highly competitive market like Warsaw,” says Luiza Grunwald, Project Director at Alides Polska. “The project’s connectivity, proximity to many amenities, and the continued strong demand for housing perfectly align with our vision.”
The Belgian developer was supported in the land acquisition by the advisory firm Greenfields, which was also responsible for comprehensive and professional preparation of the project documents.
This is another transaction by Alides Polska, benefiting from Greenfields’ extensive experience and high-quality services. The company also advised Alides in December 2022 on the purchase of a plot at 53 Karolkowa Street, where construction of an intimate apartment building will soon begin.
Kancelaria Sadkowski I Wspólnicy Sp. k. handled the legal side of the transaction for Alides Polska.
Acquisition in line with Alides’ strategic vision
Alides’ core strategy focuses on acquiring prime locations with development potential in major cities. The company intends to use this attractive property to develop a multi-family residential building integrated with commercial premises, meeting the growing demand for high-quality development in the area.
“This investment is an important step for Alides’ operations in Poland,” says Rikkert Leeman, CEO of Alides. “We are working hard to expand our presence in the Polish market. This project presents an excellent opportunity to expand our residential property portfolio and contribute to the development of the dynamically developing Wola district.”
