Double win for Alides on the Brussels office market

Alides acquired the shares of the company Joseph II 12 SA, owner of the office building at rue Joseph II 12-16, from Patrizia in 2020. The building which housed the services of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) until last year, has now been sold to the Slovenian government. The building comprises 6 floors, for a total of 3.013 m² of office space and 23 underground parking spaces. As from the last quarter of 2023 the building will serve as the new home for the embassy and the consulate of the Slovenian Republic.
