Start second phase Elysia Park

This weekend the sale of the second phase of Elysia Park has been started successfully in cooperation with Cornerstones. A mix of 62 approved service flats – Elysia Park Silver – and 48 sunny apartments. There are also 8 office spaces available, 15 aboveground parking spaces, 106 underground parking spaces and 14 storage units. For the service flats, we work with the acknowledged operator Meridia.

From the first phase, all but one of the apartments have been sold.

Alides strengthens its management

At the management level, Trui Tydgat was recruited as Head of Development. She will be taking over from Sven De Bondt, who has in turn been appointed as Alides’ Chief Operational Officer as a member of the Executive Committee, starting on 1 January 2023.
