Alides Polska acquired on December 22^nd a property with a total surface of 3 250 m2, located on a prime location in Warsaw's Wola district.

Alides has acquired the office building on the rue du Commerce 44 from the Republic of Slovenia in exchange for the building located Joseph II 12-16, whereby it completes two striking transactions in the heart of the Brussels European District. 

Alides becomes the new owner of the companies that own the ‘Science-Montoyer’ office building, located in the heart of the European district.
