Ghent/Antwerp – 28th August 2020 – Alides, a full-service owner, developer, manager and operator of a diversified real estate portfolio, has acquired the site and office building located at the Groenenborgerlaan 16 in Antwerp.
The purchase of the Gulledelle 100 site marks yet another important step in Alides’ ambitious expansion. The site, which offers an impressive visibility from the Brussels Ring , is a strategic addition to its portfolio.
Alides has acquired the office building on the rue du Commerce 44 from the Republic of Slovenia in exchange for the building located Joseph II 12-16, whereby it completes two striking transactions in the heart of the Brussels European District.
Alides last night signed a 20-year usufruct agreement with the European Commission for the office part of the Copernicus building in Brussels at 51 Rue de la Loi.
