Ghent, 13 February 2025 – Today, real estate developer Alides is officially kicking off the sale of Polaris, a new 30-flat residential project in the Ghent borough of Zwijnaarde. As it recently obtained its final executable permit, Polaris is ready to grow into a high-quality residential development.
