Value-add strategy of Alides that involves purchasing non ESG-compliant properties that have reached the end of their lifecycle and require significant renovation and repositioning.
Sustainability Report 2024
A central theme in the report is Real Estate Upcycling – the redevelopment of existing buildings while preserving as much of the original structure as possible, focusing on material recovery and minimising CO₂ impact. Alides is now applying this approach in nearly one-third of its projects and aims to increase that share to at least 35% by 2025.
